Kimberley Jane Walsh was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England on November 20, 1981.  Kimberley grew up in the suburbs with her parents John and Diane Walsh, two younger siblings Adam and Amy along with her professional actress older sister Sally Walsh (Played the role of Lyn Hutchinson between 1997 to 2000 on the British daytime soap opera Emmerdale (Called Emmerdale Farm from 1972 to 1989)).  For Kimberley Walsh, education consisted of Sandy Lane Primary School, Stoney Lee Middle School, Beckfoot Grammer School and Stage 84 Theater School (She briefly taught classes too).  However, the lure of being a famous rock star was much greater than the need for continued schooling.  She appeared alongside her sister Sally Walsh in a commercial George for ASDA.  For regional theater, she appeared in Les Misérables as Young Cosette and for television she appeared on the educational television series The Book Tower.  Kimberley's breakthrough arrived when she auditioned by cattle call audition for the prefabricated rock band Girls Aloud and won the part in 2002.  Girls Aloud won one category for the Guinness Book of World Records twice and another category of the Guinness Book of World Records once.  The successful all girl prefabricated rock band Girls Aloud was active from 2003 until 2009 when the group broke up.  In 2012, She was a contestant in the season ten of the talent show game show series Strictly Come Dancing (Dancing with the Stars is the United States of America version of the same television series) where she was runner up and nearly won the mirror ball trophy.   Kimberley released her debut album in 2013.  Amy Walsh followed in the footsteps of her sister Sally Walsh by joining the cast of the British daytime soap opera television series Emmerdale in 2014.  Kimberley Walsh continues to record and tour to promote her music to this exact moment of time.
