If something huge and eventful was supposed to happen, somebody forgot to tell me about it. I'm only saying that because today is just any other ordinary day. Not that there is anything wrong with that. An ordinary day is just as significant as an eventful day. It's the patient accumulation of several ordinary days that eventually lead directly towards the eventful day. Just walking up and say, "Hello, I have arrived. Time for something eventful to arrive," is meaningless if there are nobody to base it on, nowhere to base it on and nothing to base it on. And it's the patient accumulation of several ordinary days that leads to the particular person, place or thing. Only wanting the flashy razzle and dazzle but not the ordinary talking and ordinary daily life living that comes in between misses the point that not everything in life is flashy and eventful. And as I'm lost in thought on a pleasant Autumn day, here are some photos of Lea Thompson.
