Nicola Maria Roberts was born in Stamford, Lincolnshire, England on October 5, 1985. Nicola grew up in a low income housing which in England was called a Council Estate. Her mother was a teenager at the age of seventeen when she was born. Nicola's father worked for the RAF and when military service ended relocated to work for Ford leaving wife and daughter behind in the ghetto. Her teenage mother eventually relocated to the suburbs, but Nicola kept returning to the ghetto located Council Estate frequently. While she was extroverted when she's at her home, she was introverted, but did well academically at school. Nicola's introversion while at school led her to drop out of high school without graduating. She joined the short lived all girl band The 5 Musketeers before ending up on the reality television talent show game show series PopIdols: The Rivals while still a minor teenager under the age of eighteen and still refusing to attend high school nor college. Nicola Roberts landed a part in the prefabricated all girl band Girls Aloud through cattle call audition. From 2003 to 2009, Nicola was part of the successful juggernaut that earned one Guinness Book of World Records twice and one Guinness Book of World Records once. When Girls Aloud broke up in 2009, Nicola Roberts recorded and released her debut solo album in 2011. Nicola Roberts is busy recording her second album even as we speak. Nicola continues to tour to support her music to this exact moment of time.
